Recruitment process

From requirement to deployment

You define the requirement and approve the selection. We handle the work in India in between, typically 30–35 days from approved shortlist to arrival.

  1. Understand the requirement

    You share trades, headcount, salary, benefits and joining dates. We confirm what is realistic and agree the selection method.

  2. Source candidates

    We search our database and recruitment network across India for candidates with the right trade and Gulf experience.

  3. Screen & shortlist

    CVs, experience and documents are checked. You receive a shortlist matched to your specification.

  4. Trade test & interview

    Candidates are trade-tested and interviewed in India, by our team, your team or both.

  5. Medical & documentation

    Selected candidates complete medicals at GCC-approved centres while offer, visa and emigration papers are processed.

  6. Mobilisation

    Workers travel and join in planned batches. Arrival is planned in agreed batches against the employer’s schedule.
